I contacted Travis at Forever Metal Roofing because I had concerns about the quality of a metal roof installation done by another contractor. Travis came out very promptly and performed a thorough exterior inspection, including a drone inspection. I was extremely impressed. He provided a detailed report along with a large number of photos showing exactly what he found. More importantly, he took the time to explain which issues could potentially cause problems down the road and which were primarily cosmetic. He also explained what should be done to properly correct the problems. Travis spent a lot of time answering my questions and listening to my concerns. He never rushed me, never put down the contractor who installed my roof, and never tried to turn the inspection into a sales pitch. He simply explained what he saw, why it mattered, and what he recommended. I felt 100% better after talking with Travis because I finally had a clear understanding of the condition of my roof and what needed to be addressed. I certainly wish I had known about Travis and Forever Metal Roofing before having mine installed. Based on my experience with him, he would be at the top of my list. I would highly recommend Travis for a metal roof inspection and will absolutely call him for any future roofing work.

It was overall a very pleasant and stress-free experience from planning with Travis which was no-pressure and very helpful in making decisions to installation (Brock and installers were great to work with, too), and the house looks beautiful... very pleased! I'm glad they suggested the Dark Bronze guttering, because that really does look good with the roof, as well as gives an overall better look on the house... so much so, we're carrying that color on to the garage and front doors too, and maybe even the windows if/when we need to replace those! We found the upstairs temp was cooler than ever before... even before the roofing was complete! Also got a considerable reduction in insurance, too! Love our new metal roof ! The whole process was very fast and easy. We were informed at every step of the process from start to finish. Our roof was completed in one day, and not a single piece of scrap left behind, could not tell that anyone was even there. Definitely satisfied with 4ever metal roofing, 1st class people.

As a man who physically designed and built this home with his own two hands, I'm very particular about who I hire to do the repairs in my later years. This is the first company of three that I've hired since I became disabled and unable to do the repairs myself and this is the only company I would ever hire again to work on my roof and or anything that they offer. They were courteous. They were very professional. They were here on time. They finished the project in a really reasonable time frame. They replaced all eight sky windows. All the gutters, gutter guards and the roof due to severe storm damage They cleaned up very very well before they left. And I am more than happy to say that this is the best roof I could have ever dreamed of having put on. These people are awesome! Thank you!
