We install metal roofs, and only metal roofs. That makes the work more skilled than most roofing, and it is how we hire.
Installers and crew leads
Standing seam, interlocking shingles and stone-coated steel are unforgiving systems; a course started wrong repeats across the roof. We train to manufacturer certification and expect people to care about the detail work nobody sees from the street. Experience with metal helps; the willingness to do it right matters more.
Office
The people who answer the phone are the people homeowners talk to first. Plain answers, no scripts.
